Dr. Tiwanna Nevels currently serves as the Assistant State Librarian at the State Library of North Carolina, bringing her over a decade of extensive administrative and managerial experience in library services. Before her current role, she excelled as the Director of Library Services at Saint Augustine’s University. In her leisure moments, Tiwanna indulges in the pleasure of reading, a passion she joyfully extends to the younger members of her community.

Youth Read-In List Curator, Danielle Johnson

Danielle Johnson is the Teen Services Manager for Stanford L. Warren Branch Library. Danielle was born and raised in Durham, NC. She started working in libraries at sixteen years old and fell in love with the profession over the years through different library positions. She obtained her MLS in 2019 with a focus on Youth Services. She previously worked as a Children's Librarian before becoming the Teen Services Manager.

Natalia M. Lucena Trujillo is the Children's Services Manager for Stanford L. Warren Branch Library. She earned her master's degree in library and information science at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus in 2020. She has always loved helping people and learning new things, and she saw the library as a perfect place to combine both.
