- 1952-1955: Listed as “Lewis Hotel---200 Cabarrus Street” under “Hotels” AND listed as “Lewis---220 E. Cabarrus St.” under “Tailors” in Raleigh in the same edition.3
- 1954: Listed as “De Luxe Hotel, 220 E. Cabarrus St.” under “Hotels” in Raleigh on two lines, bold, and bigger font.4
- 1955: Listed as “De Luxe Hotel, 220 E. Cabarrus St., Mem. Nationwide Hotel Assn” on three lines, bold, and bigger font.5
